This is a group for Ridgeback owners and their dogs (or anyone who is interested in the breed) to get together and burn a little energy (or not).

This group is for people who want to bring their dogs along when they hike, instead of leaving their best friends at home alone. The pace of our hikes is more relaxed, and trails reasonably easy. Just a bunch of people who love their pooches, out for a walk in the park. We walk at a reasonably brisk pace  &  cover about 3 MPH.  Hikes are usually 3-6 miles long, about 1-2 hours of actual walking.    "Stop-n-Plays" at lakes and creeks  &  "Puddle Stops" are common in this group.  However, when we' …
