Hudson Valley Compassion (HVC) is a group of concerned animal lovers with diverse interests. In the past the group has mainly been working to fight factory farming at the grassroots level but I would like to expand on that one goal and add a few others such as spay and neuter of pets and legislation related to animal issues. This meet-up is not about preaching to the choir. In fact, it's not about preaching to anyone! It's about having a great time and getting out with our community: with no animals harmed in the making of said great time! Our primary event is "Vegan Drinks" on the first Thursday of every month with Woodstock's own DJ, Dj3dg, spinning 100% REAL RECORDS!
